Services

Everything we do —in plain English.

We’ll quote any of these on-site. The price you get is the price you pay — no surprise add-ons, no upsells.

  • Weekly Mowing

Crisp, even cut on your schedule — Cross Creek Ranch front yards, Fulshear Lakes corner lots, deep-Fulshear acreage. Edged and blown clean, every visit.

Weekly or bi-weekly mowing on a locked-in day. Sharp blades, mulch-cut by default, bagging on request. Cut-height changes by season so St. Augustine and Bermuda hold moisture through the August stretch and never get scalped. Edged at every visit, walks and drives blown clean before we leave the property.

  • Sprinkler & Irrigation Repair

This is the work we are known for. Broken heads, cut lines, controller programming, MP-rotator swaps, drip-line fixes — diagnosed and repaired the same visit when we can.

Sean is a licensed Texas Journeyman Plumber (#52511), which matters more than most homeowners realize when an irrigation line ties into the main. Spring start-up, summer head-by-head adjustments, fall blow-outs. Broken-line repairs, valve replacements, controller programming (Rain Bird, Hunter, Rachio), MP-rotator conversions to cut water bills, drip-line installs in front-bed plantings.

  • New Sprinkler Installation

Full systems for new builds and re-sods. Designed around your zones, your soil, and Fulshear water restrictions — not a one-size grid.

New construction in Cross Creek Ranch and Fulshear Lakes often comes with a builder-grade system that misses corners and overshoots driveways. We design around your actual zones, swap to MP-rotators where they make sense, set the controller to current Fort Bend / Fulshear watering days, and walk you through the schedule so you can adjust it yourself later.

  • Low-Voltage Landscape Lighting

Path lights, uplights on oaks and crepe myrtles, downlights on stone facades. Clean wire runs, no exposed splices, transformers sized right.

Low-voltage lighting is the upgrade most Cross Creek and Fulshear Lakes builds skip — and the one that makes a house look finished from the curb after sundown. We design the layout in person at dusk, run wire under bed-edges (not stapled to fascia), use brass or copper fixtures where corrosion will be a problem, and size the transformer with headroom so you can add zones in year three without re-pulling wire.

  • Bed Maintenance & Mulch

Hand-pulled weeds, seasonal pruning, fresh hardwood mulch at the right depth. The beds against your stucco actually look tended.

Hand-pulled weeds (no glyphosate near edibles unless you ask), seasonal pruning timed to each plant rather than the calendar, and a fresh mulch top-up every spring and fall to keep moisture in and weeds suppressed. We pull last year’s clumped mulch out before topping up — most crews do not.

  • Sod Installation

St. Augustine, Zoysia, or Bermuda — graded, laid, rolled, and a watering schedule you can actually follow under Fulshear restrictions.

New-build yards in Fulshear often arrive with thin, builder-grade Bermuda over compacted clay. We strip what is failing, light-grade for drainage away from the slab, lay fresh sod in a brick-pattern with tight seams, roll it in, and hand you a printed watering schedule that matches the current Fort Bend / Fulshear watering-day rules. We come back at week two to check root contact.

  • Landscape Design & Install

Bed redesigns, foundation plantings, dry creek beds, small-scale hardscape. We work to the architecture, not against it.

Residential design and install — bed redesigns, foundation plantings sized for the elevation, dry creek beds where Fulshear summer storms scour, and small-scale hardscape (paver borders, stepping stones, gravel transitions). For full architectural design we partner with a designer in town and project-manage from there.

  • Spring & Fall Cleanups

Leaves, sticks, dead growth out; mulch, edges, and beds reset for the season. The big two.

A full-property reset twice a year. Spring: cut back perennials, remove winter debris, edge beds, refresh mulch. Fall: bag leaves (live oaks shed late around here), blow out beds and gutters from the ground, cut back what wants cutting, prep the lawn for dormancy.

Starts at $220 · per visit

Most weekly customers add cleanups, mulch, and the odd hardscape job — there’s usually a flat-rate way to handle that.
